How much is it going to cost?

When BMA collects the money owed to you, we receive a percentage of the collected debt. If BMA fails to collect the debt owed to you, we receive nothing and it doesn’t cost you a cent. We must do our job and do it right or we do not get paid. How productive would your company be if all your employees worked on that basis?

How do you collect?

 I'm sure you have called and sent letters and you have gotten no response. What Can we do differently? We are a third party and when a debtor gets a call and/or letter from a third party they realize that you are now taking this debt very seriously. We are very persistent and aggressive with your debtors. This is not to say we are rude or loud, but we let your debtors know we are now on the case and they need to pay now or their credit rating will be affected negatively and we may pursue legal means to collect.  This is our job and we have the time you do not to dedicate to getting your money back.

Why should I go with BMA and not another company?

BMA is not a small “Mom and Pop Collection Agency” nor are we a huge
heartless corporation, We are a medium-sized company with the experience
and the tools to get the Job done, yet small enough to make your company
a priority. We work on commission and do not charge you money up front; our job is to collect for you and NOT from you!  We are located right outside of New York City  and that affords us the opportunity to hire the best of the best. Our Collectors have been in the collection business for many years. We also hire people such as ex-stock brokers, coin collectors, etc. Most importantly, we do not lock you in with long term contracts. If at any time you are no longer happy with us here at BMA you can simply stop sending us any new debt.

Our collectors are not your typical “telephone tough guy”. We have learned from years of experience that "most" debtors do not respond well to being yelled at. Our collectors know not to take it personally; that their job is to resolve the matter and collect your debt. Many of BMA’s best clients would like to keep their relationship with their current debtors and we
do our best to not create any rifts.
